LE THANH NGHI is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years in software development and project management, currently serving as the Vice President of VAIX JAPAN and CTO at VAIX CO.,LTD since November 2020. With a focus on offshore development in Vietnam, LE THANH NGHI specializes in web, mobile, AI, and blockchain technologies, primarily catering to Japanese clients. In addition to managing Japanese and Vietnamese teams, LE THANH NGHI also holds the role of Technical Advisor at Plats Network since December 2021 and previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Watermelon from September 2015 to October 2020 and Project Manager at ビップシステムズ（株） from January 2009 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics and Telecommunication from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
