Jesse Snyder, PE, is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in system electrical engineering, protection and control design, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior System Electrical Engineer at Platte River Power Authority since February 2022, Jesse previously held various roles at Western Area Power Administration, including Field Engineer and Lead Protection Engineer. Jesse's career also includes a stint as Project Manager at Electrical Consultants Inc., where responsibilities focused on protective relay settings and substation electrical design, and work as a Substation Design Engineer at ESC Engineering. An alumnus of Colorado State University, Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering obtained in 2008.
