Beau Stricker, MLS (ASCP), currently serves as a Senior Executive Recruiter at K & M Recruiting, focusing on healthcare recruitment for top facilities since November 2023. Previously, Beau worked as a Travel Medical Laboratory Scientist with Triage Staffing from May 2021 to January 2024, performing various complex tests and contributing to regulatory inspections and process improvements. Prior experience includes a role as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Centura Health, where Beau conducted complex laboratory procedures across multiple hospitals from December 2017 to June 2021, and at Platte Valley Medical Center from July 2017 to July 2018, focusing on routine and complex testing. Beau has also worked as a Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus from October 2014 to December 2017 and as a Microbiology Intern at AlloSource in 2013. Education includes a degree in Microbiology from the University of Wyoming and an MLS from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
