Ola Cederqvist

Ola Cederqvist is an experienced Projektledare with expertise in managing construction projects focused on customer satisfaction, timeline adherence, and investment returns. Since August 2013, Ola has been with Platzer Fastigheter AB, initiating and developing various renovation projects, particularly tenant adjustments. Prior to this role, Ola served as Projektledare at Familjebostäder i Göteborg AB from August 2011 to August 2013, overseeing building projects through all phases from feasibility studies to completion. Ola's earlier experience includes serving as Projektchef at Skanska Sverige AB, managing projects with annual revenues of approximately 50 million SEK. Ola began a career in construction as a CAD-ritare at PI i Göteborg PIAB AB and holds a Högskoleingenjör degree from Chalmers University of Technology, earned between 1995 and 1998.
