Daniela Siachoque is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple startups. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Platzi, Daniela oversees multiple teams and has successfully developed strategic HR initiatives that enhance team cohesion and operational efficiency. Previously, as Chief of Staff at Mi Vest, Daniela played a pivotal role in expanding the team from 3 to 45 members and establishing effective internal communication processes.
