Joan Carles Segura Oyamburu

Joan Carles Segura Oyamburu has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Joan Carles began their career as a Coach at Pista de Hielo San Jeronimo in 2003. Joan Carles then worked as a Trainee MKT marcas privadas at SCA Americas in 2009. That same year, they were also a Professor of Engineering and Microcontrollers at Tecnológico de Monterrey. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Essity in various roles, including Key Account Manager / second-largest account, Key account coordinator / Costo, Walmart among other top accounts, and Asistente Cuentas Calve / Chedraui. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of Play Business.

Joan Carles Segura Oyamburu has a diverse educational background. In 2008, they also received an embedded systems certification from Jönköping University. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. In 2017, they completed a data analytics certification from the MIT School of Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained three additional certifications: Inversionista Angel from Play Business in 2016, Socio Player by PlayBusiness.mx from Grupo Anderson's in 2016, and Big Data and Analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2016.
