Kamala Devy Wilson is the Founder and CEO of Play for Change LLC. Kamala Devy has experience in leading monitoring, evaluation, and learning projects from a culturally responsive lens. Kamala Devy has also worked as the Director of Evaluation and Research at Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential, an Evaluation Consultant at Save the Children International, and as a Manager of Human Resources at Google Shopping Express- A1. Kamala has a Master's degree in International Development from the University of Minnesota.

Play for Change is an evaluation firm by and for black, indigenous and people of color. We are unique in solving grand challenges because we have cultural and historical knowledge of the issues that most affect our populations and we are more deeply invested in the future of our communities. Equipped with vision boards, music, and games, we seek to better understand community needs and honor the voices of people who have been systemically oppressed. Our interdisciplinary team leverages their advanced degrees and range of experience across the human development spectrum including in gender, anti-corruption, public health, education, youth empowerment, and environmental sustainability to promote the greater good.
