Dana Levy

Dana Levy is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in scaling organizations and building HR infrastructure. Currently serving as VP People at Play Perfect since January 2025, Dana previously held the same role at Deci AI, where involvement began post-round A, leading to the company's growth from 25 to 100 employees globally. Dana's tenure includes significant contributions to early-stage startups, such as Laguna Health, where growth transitioned from 5 to 30 employees, and Trigo, where the HR department was established and the workforce expanded from 15 to 120 employees. Dana holds an M.A. in Organizational Development and Consulting and a B.A. in Mass Communication & Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
