Xiaoxue Meng is a Jr. Motion Designer at Play SF with experience as a Storyboard Artist/Background Painter at Cosmic Cobalt Animation. They also have experience as an Animation/Design intern at Compadre. Xiaoxue Meng directed the thesis film "Restless is the night" and served as Studio Chair at University of Southern California. They hold a Master of Fine Arts in Animation & Digital Arts from USC and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Motion Graphics from School of Visual Arts.
