Anne-Lauren Graham

Anne-Lauren Graham is an experienced professional in the wellness and personal growth sectors, currently serving as the Holistic Host Coordinator and Therapist at Playa Viva since March 2016. In this role, Anne-Lauren has played a key part in the resort's recognition by Travel+Leisure Magazine. Additionally, Anne-Lauren is a Youth Coach at Unchained Non-Profit, where support is provided to youth on California's central coast through dog training and personal development initiatives. As the Wellness Retreat Leader for Radiant Spiral, Anne-Lauren curates and leads successful retreats globally, and previously held roles as a Retreat Leader and Therapist at Ashiyana Yoga, where a focus on therapy and coaching was emphasized. Educational background includes study at The University of Alabama.
