Dheeraj Sharma

Dheeraj Sharma has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their first formal job as a Software Test Engineer at Aditi Technologies in 1998. During their time there, they gained their initial exposure to testing. In 1999, they Co-Founded EMIDS Technologies. In 2002, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Associate, and worked their way up to Manager - Projects by 2007. In 2006, they took on the role of Test Delivery Manager at HBOS. In 2003, they joined Orbitz as a Test Manager, and grew the team from 3 to over 100 during their three-year tenure. In 2008, they became Group Manager - Testing at iGate Global Solutions Ltd., where they were responsible for setting up and managing large sized onsite-offshore Managed Test Centers. In 2010, they joined Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as Global Leader - QA Practice Development, where they were instrumental in developing new service offerings and contributing to business growth. In 2014, they became QA Practice Head at emids. In 2015, they Co-Founded both PlayAblo (Corporate Learning) and PlayAblo for Schools (Go Sharp Technologies & Consulting), where they served as CEO.

Dheeraj Sharma's education history includes four institutions. Dheeraj attended Bright lands School Dehradun from an unknown start to end year, then St. Thomas' College, Dehradun from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained an ISC in PCM. Dheeraj then attended REC Calicut from 1993 to 1997, obtaining a B. Tech. in Production Engineering and Management. Lastly, they attended National Institute of Technology Calicut from 1993 to 1997, obtaining a B. Tech. in Production Engineering & Management.
