Paul Greenberg

Paul Greenberg is a highly experienced professional in customer engagement and strategic consulting with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at Playaz Productions Network since October 2022, Paul has also held the role of Managing Principal at The 56 Group, LLC since August 2002, where responsibilities include CRM, strategic consulting, and thought leadership through writing and speaking. Paul is the author of "CRM at the Speed of Light" and has been a member of the Executive Board of Advisors at SEAT and the Enterprise Irregulars since 2017 and 2008, respectively. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer at BPT Partners, LLC, Executive Vice President at Live Wire, Inc., Vice President of Marketing at Atlantic Duncans Intl, and Director of Strategic Relations at Nexgen Solutions, Inc. Paul Greenberg holds a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
