Amita Goyal (She/Her)

Amita Goyal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Amita is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Playback, a position she has held since 2020. Amita serves as a Mentor at First Round Fast Track since February 2023. In 2022, Amita was a Founder Fellow at Primary Venture Partners for a short period in June and July. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she worked at WeWork as a Senior Director of Strategy & Operations from 2019 to 2020. Before joining WeWork, Amita worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Leader from 2016 to 2018 and as a Consultant from 2014 to 2016. Amita also gained experience at UBS Financial Services as a Wealth Management Senior Associate in 2011, Oppenheimer & Co. as a Wealth Management Associate from 2009 to 2011, and Merrill Lynch as an Equities Analyst from 2006 to 2008.

Amita Goyal's education history includes earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2013. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Rutgers University, where she studied from 2002 to 2006.
