Rajitha Siyasena

Rajitha Siyasena is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Backbone, Siyasena previously held the position of Head of Payments Product at GlossGenius, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Manager. Prior to that role, Siyasena was a Senior Product Strategist at Stack Overflow, effectively leading company-wide initiatives and contributing to the successful raising of $80M in Series-E funding. As a co-founder of Clutch Ventures, Inc., Siyasena launched a car care subscription startup that achieved rapid subscriber growth and graduated from Y Combinator's Startup School. Additional experience includes product management roles at Amazon, focusing on fulfillment solutions, and a senior consultancy position at IBM. Siyasena holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and has a background in engineering from several reputable organizations.
