Kaela Crowell is an experienced sports professional currently serving as an NBA/NFL/NCAA Division I Event Manager at Playbook Sports, where responsibilities include supervising events and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance athlete experiences. Concurrently, Crowell works as a Recruiting Administrator at McKinsey & Company and as a Sports Attendant and Administrative Assistant for Girls Basketball at the YMCA of the USA, focusing on athlete development and team management. Previous positions include roles at Riverview High School as an Assistant Basketball Coach, at the NBA as a Project Employee managing social media campaigns, and at the NFL as part of the Experienceship team, contributing to event logistics. Crowell’s background also includes marketing and human resources positions at Amazon and SLAM, with early experience as a journalist. Currently pursuing a Master's in Sports Administration from Northwestern University, Crowell holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Spelman College.
