Margaret Mimnaugh

Margaret Mimnaugh has diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Margaret served as Director of Global Licensing Accounting & Planning at Playboy Enterprises, Inc, where they managed the monthly accounting close for the Global Licensing division and converted licensing contracts to NetSuite for automation. Margaret also developed procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Prior to this, they worked as Senior Manager at HSBC Finance Corporation, overseeing financial reporting and analysis of multiple business units and ensuring compliance with SOX. Margaret also worked at Morningstar as a Manager, where they managed the global consolidation of US operations and their foreign subsidiaries, prepared financial statements and footnotes for audits, and utilized Oracle General Ledger for automated consolidated financial statements.

From 1989 to 1993, Margaret Mimnaugh attended Loyola University Chicago, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Public Accounting.
