Richard Tapalaga

Richard Tapalaga is a seasoned investment professional serving as Director at Qualcomm Ventures since April 2008, where Richard leads the firm's global early-stage practice with a focus on augmented/virtual reality, Internet-of-Things (IoT), robotics, mobile gaming, and connected device ecosystems. Richard has been instrumental in Qualcomm Ventures' wide-ranging investments, which include over 180 active projects and notable exits such as Zoom and Fitbit.
