Matt Kasner

Matt Kasner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, product design, and development. Currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at PlayerZero since April 2021, Matt is dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences throughout the customer journey. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at StartX, culminating as the Head of Experience Design and Customer Development, where the focus was on data-driven design strategies and managing a talented team. As a Co-Founder of Finesse, Matt led UX/UI design efforts for a mobile app suite, and earlier experience includes an engineering internship at Apple and competing as a college athlete with the Stanford Football Team. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Stanford University.
