Jamie Foale

Jamie Foale is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the sports industry. As CEO of Playfinder since January 2014, Jamie has spearheaded efforts to enhance accessibility to sports facilities across the UK, increasing participation and transforming sports venue management. In addition, Jamie serves as Product Owner at Bookteq, focusing on automating booking processes for schools, councils, and sports clubs, and has contributed to the OpenActive initiative aimed at promoting physical activity through improved access to opportunity data. Previous roles include Director at Foale and Sons, a family furniture and art company, and Founder of The Leeds Agenda, a student guide for the University of Leeds. Jamie holds a BASc Hons degree in History and Economics from the University of Leeds.
