Christy Hedgpeth

Christy Hedgpeth is the current President of Playfly Sports Properties at Playfly Sports. Christy has held this position since December 2021.

Christy previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the WNBA from August 2014 until December 2021. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of Digital Sport at Under Armour from October 2009 to July 2014.

Before joining Under Armour, Christy worked at Spalding as the Managing Director of Basketball Equipment from January 2005 to January 2009. From August 2001 to December 2004, they were the Manager of Consumer Marketing at Russell Athletic.

Christy's professional career began as a professional athlete with the Seattle Reign of the American Basketball League from July 1995 to December 1998. Christy then worked in athletic administration at Stanford University from September 1994 to June 1995.

Christy Hedgpeth has an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a degree from Stanford University.
