Erik Hoffman

Erik Hoffman is a seasoned professional in partnership sales and business development, currently serving as Senior Director of Partnership Sales at Playfly Sports since March 2024, focusing on Penn State Sports Enterprises. Previously, Erik held the position of Senior Manager of Business Development at LEARFIELD, where remarkable achievements included generating over $500k in new business revenue and finishing 109% to goal for the 2023-24 sports season. Erik's extensive experience also includes a successful tenure as Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, where record-breaking sponsorship revenue was achieved. Erik began the career journey in ticket sales at State College Spikes Baseball and gained early experience as an intern at the Bryce Jordan Center.
