Erika Shields

Erika Shields has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Erika started their career in 1997 at ANN INC., where they worked as a Senior Director in Product Development, Global Sourcing, and Supply Chain until 2015. Erika then moved on to EDS Consulting, where they served as a Principal from October 2017 to April 2019. After that, they joined Home Team Sports as a Senior Product Manager, representing regional sports networks and providing game coverage for MLB, NBA, and NHL teams from April 2019 to February 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Partnership Operations at Playfly Sports, a sports marketing company that covers live game coverage and content for MLB, NBA, and NHL home teams, as well as networks and digital platforms.

Erika Shields pursued their Bachelor's Degree in English from Duquesne University. Following that, they obtained a User Experience Design Certificate in UX Design & Research from General Assembly in 2017. In 2019, they attended Product School, where they focused on Product Management.
