Justin Threatt has a strong background in sales and business operations, particularly in the sports industry. Justin is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales & Business Operations at Playfly Sports, where they oversee system development and business solutions for 500+ employees across 7 sales offices and 20+ locations. Justin manages an internal team and works with various Playfly divisions and groups to enhance and align their sales revenue and operational processes. Justin is also involved in developing a powerful integrated BI Database network for forecasting, sales, and activity tracking tailored exclusively for Playfly.

Prior to their role at Playfly Sports, Justin worked at Home Team Sports as a Senior Director of Sales & Business Operations. During their time there, they strategized and executed system development and business solutions for 100+ sales executives across 6 sales offices representing 50 television networks and $360+ million in sales. Justin managed an internal team and provided support to multiple Fox client groups, helping their leaders align and optimize their sales revenue and processes.

Before joining Home Team Sports, Justin gained experience at FOX Sports as a National Client Sales Coordinator/Rep. Justin also interned at the National Football League (NFL) as a Network Marketing Analyst.

Justin Threatt attended The Ohio State University from 2002 to 2003. Justin then transferred to the University of Southern California and studied International Relations with a focus on Business Marketing from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they also attended USC Marshall School of Business from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Marketing.
