Laura Simpson

Laura Simpson is a Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Playfly Sports since March 2022, responsible for the strategic design and execution of compensation, equity, and benefit programs. Previously, Laura served as a Compensation Analyst at C&S Wholesale Grocers and held roles at EVERFI, including Total Rewards Analyst and HR Coordinator. Experience encompasses financial modeling, compensation program design, benchmarking, and HRIS system management. Laura began a career in human resources with roles as an HR Assistant at Aerotek and an HR Coordinator at Thales.
