Natalie Gibbons has held various roles in the sports industry over the years. Natalie began their career as a Front Office Manager at FOX Sports West, Prime Ticket, and FOX Sports San Diego, where they managed network logistics and handled front office and business affairs for the SVP and GM. Natalie then joined Home Team Sports, where they started as a Manager of Sponsor Implementation and eventually worked their way up to become the Director of Partnership Activation. In this role, they were responsible for the innovation and development of production content and resources across various marketing platforms. After that, Natalie joined Playfly Sports as the Vice President of Production. In this position, they created and led the Production and Activation department, establishing the company as a 360-creative agency. Natalie later transitioned to focus on marketing for all Playfly Sports Business Units.
