Aileen Gray

Aileen Gray currently serves as the Biz Ops Lead at Playground since July 2025. Prior to this role, Aileen held multiple positions at Zeta Charter Schools from August 2021 to July 2025, including Chief of Staff to the CEO and Director of Special Projects, and Director of Strategic Impact, where Aileen built and led a team of seven, managed the Board of Trustees and Board of Directors, and led a charter start-up incubator. Aileen also gained experience as a Business Management Consultant intern at the National Park Service in 2020, analyzing operational improvements for the Grand Canyon's utility services. Previously, Aileen worked at THRUUE from March 2014 to June 2019, progressing from a part-time copyeditor to a Senior Consultant and Editor-in-Chief, where Aileen assisted clients in defining strategic priorities and managing change. Aileen holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington College.
