Amanda Banegas

Amanda Banegas is an experienced professional in onboarding and instructional design, currently serving as Onboarding Manager at Playground and Onboarding Experience Designer at RevLogic. Prior roles include Learning and Development Lead and Client Experience Redesign Coach at the District of Columbia Public Schools, where Amanda executed instructional design and enablement strategies. Amanda's expertise in instructional content development was demonstrated at Build for Learners, and Amanda also contributed to social justice initiatives as a Graduate Assistant at Howard University. Currently pursuing a PhD in History at Howard University, Amanda holds a degree from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
