Playhouse on the Square
Eileen Peterson possesses extensive experience in the performing arts and education, currently serving as a Theatre for Youth Teacher and Actor at Playhouse on the Square since August 2016, where Eileen was recognized with a Best Small Ensemble award for "Sisters of Swing" at the 2018 Ostranders. Concurrently, Eileen has worked as a Barista and Barista Trainer at Starbucks since January 2016. Eileen's background includes teaching theater for 7th and 8th grades at Summerville High School/Connections Academy and contributing as an Actress and Costume Shop Stitcher at Sierra Repertory Theatre in late 2014. Previous experience also includes working as an Edutainer at Gyeonggi English Village, focusing on creating ESL musicals for South Korean students. Eileen began involvement with Playhouse on the Square as an Associate Company Member from July 2012 to June 2013, engaging in various production roles. Eileen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre from Northwestern State University, earned in 2012.
