Alex Perelman

Alex Perelman is the co-founder and CEO of Playhouse, a technology platform that democratizes access to real estate debt investments. Prior to Playhouse, Alex was the co-founder and CTO of PeerStreet, a technology-driven marketplace that enables investors to diversify their capital in a fixed-income asset class.

Alex has over ten years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on building innovative products and teams. Alex is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Alex Perelman attended Y Combinator for their MBA in Business and their BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
