PlayMind Labs builds behavioral analytics infrastructure for prediction markets.

Prediction markets are one of the fastest-growing categories in financial services, but the platforms operating them have no way to measure the emotional state of their traders. They can see every trade, deposit, and session. They cannot see when a trader has stopped making decisions and started chasing losses. That gap costs platforms their users: tilted traders churn, and by the time the pattern is visible in aggregate data, they are already gone.

PlayMind closes that gap. Our API integrates with a platform's existing event stream and scores seven behavioral signals per user in real time, returning a stability score, a state classification, and a recommended intervention tier in under 100 milliseconds. The platform decides what to do with the signal — a nudge, a cooldown, a pause on re-engagement messaging. The system is designed to fail open and never blocks a trade.

Every deployment is calibrated to the operator's own data at onboarding. Signal weights and thresholds are tuned per platform rather than hard-coded, so the model reflects how that platform's users actually behave. No raw personally identifiable information is required; the system works on hashed identifiers.

Our position is straightforward: this is retention infrastructure. Platforms that can read user state keep traders longer, intervene earlier, and build a documented record of having done so. The compliance value is real, but it is a byproduct of a system built to protect revenue.

PlayMind Labs is an early-stage company headquartered in New York. We are working with prediction market platforms as our first market, with regulated sports betting as our expansion path.
