Dan Smith

Dan Smith has extensive work experience in the field of software development and quality assurance. Dan is currently working as a Software Development Engineer in Test at PlayOn! Sports since May 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Bracari as a Software Developer from July 2021 to May 2023. In this role, they were responsible for building Javascript automated end-to-end tests, developing testing framework tools, and leading UAT testing events. Before Bracari, Dan worked at Stream Live Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer from November 2015 to July 2021, where they leveraged local development environments and built an automated testing framework for web app regression testing. From April 2012 to November 2015, they worked at SPARC, LLC as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they performed web, mobile, and automated testing using various testing tools. Dan also has experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Benefitfocus from July 2009 to April 2012, where they participated in the development and deployment of software and managed environment settings. Dan began their career as a Technical Support Analyst at EagleEye Analytics in 2007.

Dan Smith attended the Darla Moore School of Business from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Dan focused their studies on corporate finance during their time at the school.
