Kesa Brown has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they started working at Kroger as a Cashier and later became a Customer Service Representative. From February 2018 to March 2020, they worked as a Front End Supervisor at Kroger. In 2020, Kesa joined PlayOn! Sports as a Customer Service Agent, where they demonstrated strong knowledge of Zendesk ticketing systems and provided exceptional customer service. In 2021, they worked as a Security Researcher at Running Name LLC, supporting the company by researching potential threats and using the findings for marketing and developing secure products. Kesa also gained experience as a Resident Assistant at Georgia Gwinnett College, where they collaborated with other Resident Assistants and managed 30 students. Currently, they serve as a Student Ministry Associate and Family Ministry Coordinator at First Baptist Duluth.
