Clémence Bichet

Clémence Bichet serves as a Senior StratOps Analyst at PlayPlay since January 2022, where responsibilities include analyzing team performance, defining and monitoring sales KPIs, optimizing tools and processes, enhancing Salesforce CRM usage, and training the sales team. Prior experience includes a Business Operations Analyst role at Malt, an Assistant Category Manager position at Henkel, and a Billing Specialist role at Aircall, where responsibilities varied from analyzing marketing strategies to improving financial workflows. Clémence began a career in financial operations with an internship at Aircall and earlier worked as a Sales Consultant at American Vintage Officiel. Clémence holds a Master 2 in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from IÉSEG School of Management and pursued an exchange program in Business at UQAM, along with education from Ateneo de Manila University and secondary education with honors from Lycée Henri Poincaré and Lycée Notre Dame St. Sigisbert.
