Sandra Romero Hernandez, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience in accounting and finance roles. Sandra is currently working as a Senior Accountant at PlayPower, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Accounting Supervisor at Vitro Architectural Glass from January 2019 to October 2022. In 2018, Sandra worked as an Internal Auditor at Vitro, where they were responsible for creating and organizing annual audit plans, establishing accounting process improvements, and analyzing operations for new US plants. Before joining Vitro, they gained experience as an Analista de tesorería at Macquarie Group from August 2017 to February 2018, where they controlled cash flow, recorded transactions, and resolved payment issues. Sandra also worked as a Finance Accounting Intern at Sun Holdings, Inc. from January 2017 to July 2017, where they contributed to audits, improved excel processes, and optimized monthly expenses.

Sandra Romero Hernandez, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Louisiana State University, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 2012 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Sandra has obtained a certification in "Getting Talent Back to Work" from SHRM in April 2022.
