Todd Kilps

Todd Kilps has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and quality management. Todd began their career as a Network Administrator at AOL Time Warner in 1988 and worked there for over 12 years. Todd then served as a Systems Administrator at Terminix for three years before moving on to Carole Hochman Design Group in the same role for three years as well. In 2007, they became a Network Specialist at Lycoming College for a year before joining North Central Sight Services as a Document Imaging Manager. Todd later became an IT/Quality Manager at the same company and held the position for six years. Todd also worked as a Network Administrator at CSSI for a year and as a Quality Engineer at Wirerope Works, Inc. for a year and two months. Todd then joined Keystone Scale Inc. as an IT/Quality Manager for a year and five months before becoming an IT Support Specialist at PlayPower, Inc. in March 2020. Additionally, they started their own business, Paper To PC, in 2010 and continues to be the owner.

Todd Kilps attended Whitnall High School from 1983 to 1987, where they earned their Diploma with a focus on General Education. Todd then went on to study Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1987 to 1988.
