Senior Game Engineer at Quell

Aimar Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2005, they had an internship at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they developed advanced functionalities for a VoIP server. In 2007, they worked as a Summer of Code developer at Google, focusing on developing P2P support for Jitsi. Later in 2007, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Master thesis and Java developer, where they worked on a thesis project and developed Java printing solutions. From 2008 to 2014, Aimar worked at Communi.tv, first as a Java and Flex developer and then as a Flex Technical Lead, responsible for Flex product development and architecture. Aimar then moved on to King, where they held the position of Senior Game Developer and Tech Lead, contributing to the release of popular games such as "Diamond Diaries Saga" and "Scrubby Dubby Saga". In 2021, Aimar joined Omnidrone, a Scopely Studio, as a Senior Client Engineer. Currently, they work as a Senior Game Engineer at Quell.

Aimar Gonzalez attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2002 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering with a telematics specialty. Aimar then continued their education at the same institution from 2005 to 2008, obtaining both a Licentiate degree and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Telecommunication Engineering and Management.
