Art Director at Playrion

Paul Gautier has extensive work experience in the field of art and marketing. Paul started their career in 2011 as a Freelance Motion Designer at ESPRO ACOUSTIGUIDE, where they worked on UI and animation for multimedia guides in various museums in Paris. Paul then went on to work as a Motion Designer at Storiz in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Freelance Motion Designer at AACC - Association des Agences - Conseil en Communication.

In 2012, Paul joined Ubisoft as a 2D - 3D Artist, where they worked on concept art, sketches, and community visuals for The Raving Rabbids. Paul later became the Brand Art Director of "The Raving Rabbids" and the Art Director of "Rabbids Heroes". Paul also worked as an R&D Artist and Market Artist during their time at Ubisoft, where they created key art, assets, and videos for internal use.

Paul then worked at Mikros Image as a Motion Designer in 2013 and returned to Ubisoft as a Creative Marketing Artist in 2017, working on various projects such as the "Lapins d'Avril" event and spoof videos for the Rabbid's community. In 2018, they joined Realcast as an Art Director and Playrion as an Art Director in 2018. In 2019, they returned to Ubisoft again as a Creative Marketing Artist.

Paul Gautier completed their BTS in Communication Visuelle at Ecole Estienne from 2002 to 2004. Paul then pursued a Licence Arts Plastiques at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2005 to 2006. In 2004, Paul Gautier also obtained a Licence Pro in Communication Informatique Multimédia from IUT MONTREUIL - Université Paris 8. Paul later completed their Licence and Master ATI in Image de synthèse at Université Paris 8 from 2006 to 2009.

Playrion is an independent game studio founded in Paris in 2010. Playrion's initial goal was creating and developing an airline management game. Originally launched on the web in 2007, Airlines Manager also came to mobile in 2014 and has reached success today with more than 3 million players in total. Playrion's strategy aims to specialize in management games on mobile and reiterate Airlines Manager's success in new thematic areas. Playrion moved to fully renovated 260 m2 offices in Summer 2018 in order to continue Airlines Manager's development while working on new projects.
