Kevin Link has worked in the technical and customer service fields since 2008. Kevin began their career at Bank of America as a Data Management Officer in 2008. In 2009, they moved to 3M Electronic Monitoring Ltd. as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2017, they joined PlaySight Interactive Ltd. as a Technical Support Engineer, later becoming the Senior Professional Service Engineer and eventually the Director of Customer Support North America.
Kevin Link obtained their B.S. in CIS from Calumet College between 2003 and 2007 and their high school diploma from T.F. North between 1993 and 1997.
