Vania Pinto

Vania Pinto is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Playson since September 2025. Previously, Vania held the role of Head of People at Translucent, contributing to the company's strategic objectives alongside the Executive Leadership team. Vania's extensive experience includes leadership positions such as Head of HR at Rows, and Talent Acquisition Lead and Specialist at Farfetch, where significant talent acquisition efforts were made. Vania's career began with roles in HR and recruitment at notable organizations including Blip.pt, PT Inovação, Grupo Banco Popular, and Adecco Group. Vania holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra, alongside additional training in Labor Law and Human Resources practices.
