Molly Pope, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of People Operations for the Americas at PLAYSTUDIOS since February 2022, leading the HR strategy and ensuring alignment with global objectives. Molly's experience includes pivotal roles at Amazon as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on talent management and employee engagement, and at Barclays as a VP - Human Resources Business Partner, supporting a regional team of over 2,500 colleagues. Previous positions include Employee Labor Relations Manager at Boyd Gaming and various HR roles at Citi, where Molly provided comprehensive HR support and developed training programs. Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and an Associate of Science degree from the College of Southern Nevada.
