Roei Arpaly

Roei Arpaly is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in deploying machine learning solutions and optimizing user experiences. Currently serving as Data Science Lead and Staff Data Scientist at PLAYSTUDIOS since April 2021, Roei has led the development of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, implemented A/B testing platforms, and created a highly successful matchmaking model contributing significantly to company revenue. Additionally, Roei has academic experience as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant at Reichman University, focusing on advanced machine learning, recommendation systems, and big data platforms. Previous roles include a data analyst internship at SAP and service as an Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Military Intelligence, where Roei gathered and analyzed critical data for high-level decision-making. Roei holds an M.Sc. in Machine Learning & Data Science from Reichman University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Management from The Open University of Israel.
