Valery Postykina

Valery Postykina, CLDP, is a seasoned Learning & Development Business Partner at Playtech, where responsibilities include leading the L&D function across 22 entities and implementing comprehensive programs to address skill gaps and enhance leadership capabilities. Prior to this, Valery held positions as HR-Generalist, Country Human Resources Manager at KANINI, and HR Manager at M.ROSENFELD, specializing in recruitment processes, employee engagement, and performance management. Valery began a career in law as a Police Detective with the National Police of Ukraine. Valery holds an MBA from City Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from Dnipro University of Internal Affairs.
