Sergii Karpenko

Sergii Karpenko has work experience in various companies and roles. Sergii started their career as a Java Developer at Art-master LLC in 2000 and then moved to Praedea Solutions, Inc. in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Java Developer developing a Data Extraction Platform. In 2009, they joined Zoral as a Java/NLP Engineer, working on projects such as the operational risks extraction platform and the Twitter analysis tool, HappyGrumpy. In 2015, they joined GlobalLogic as a Senior Java developer / Tech Lead. Currently, they are working at Playtika as a Java Technical Lead since 2018.

Sergii Karpenko earned their Master's degree in Intelligent Decision Support Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" from 1996 to 2002. Sergii has also obtained various certifications in algorithms, big data analysis, and functional programming from Coursera in 2017.
