Yael Cohen

Yael Cohen is an accomplished professional in organizational development and transformation with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director of Global Organizational Development and Transformation at Playtika since November 2015, Yael has held various leadership roles, including Director of Global Organizational Development and People Analytics and Organizational Development Manager. Previously, Yael worked as an Organizational Consultant at Lotem and contributed to PM training development at Intel Corporation, focusing on learning methodologies and training roadmaps for professional readiness. Additional experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at The NCJW Research Institute for Innovation in Education. Yael holds a Master’s degree in Organization Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Education Counseling from Bar-Ilan University.
