Jessica Oh

Jessica Oh has extensive experience in system management and education, primarily within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Systems at Playworks since 2012, Jessica has held multiple titles including Systems Manager and Salesforce Administrator, demonstrating expertise in Salesforce and HR systems. Prior to Playworks, Jessica worked as an English Teacher for the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and served as a Site Manager for Jumpstart, where strategic leadership led to significant increases in staff recruitment and retention. Additionally, Jessica's early career includes a role as an AmeriCorps member, contributing to language and literacy programs for underserved communities. Educational background includes studies at UC Irvine and Yonsei University.
