Kerryann Tomlinson, MSW, serves as the Vice President of Field Operations and Executive Director at Playworks since January 2018, providing leadership in mission delivery and program quality. With a long history in nonprofit leadership, Kerryann has been self-employed as a motivational public speaker since April 1997, addressing topics ranging from leadership to domestic violence. Previous roles include Managing Director of Philanthropy & Marketing at Teach For America, where strategic fundraising initiatives were led for the Phoenix region, and Vice President of Community Relations for the New York Rangers, focusing on philanthropic initiatives and community engagement. Early career experiences include senior management at the Make-A-Wish Foundation and executive director roles at Southwest Key Program Inc. Kerryann holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from Southern Connecticut State University.
