Katja Gagen

Katja (Gehrt) Gagen is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As a Founding Member at Crest Collective, Katja has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, while previous positions include Operating Partner for Marketing & Communications at Playground Global and Senior Director of External Communications at Brex. Katja has also served as Principal and Head of Marketing at TCV and VP of Marketing at General Catalyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA with Honors from the University of California, Davis, and completion of the Silicon Valley Executive Business Program in Business Finance at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
