Abhishek Buchvani is an experienced professional in the gaming industry. Abhishek is currently the Founder & CEO of PlayZap Games, where they are building a free-to-play and skill-to-earn social gaming ecosystem powered by blockchain technology and NFTs. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of Piper Play, a game development company focused on building competitive gaming platforms and casual games IP.

Before their current ventures, Abhishek held the role of VP, Games at U2opia Mobile, where they co-founded Hypr Games, an independent game studio focused on building hyper-casual games and instant games for platforms like Facebook, Google Play, and the App Store. During their time at U2opia Mobile, they also led the pivot to Mojo Gaming, a disruptive eSports platform to engage and monetize gamers.

Abhishek has co-founded Cosi Games, where they served as the Chief Product Officer. At Cosi Games, they focused on building celebrity-based sports IP games for mobile platforms, resulting in over 25 million downloads and profitability in the first 7 months after launching their first game.

Additionally, Abhishek has worked at Miniclip as a Senior Product Manager, leading the publishing division and managing a large portfolio of games with millions of downloads and active players. Abhishek successfully produced and managed the live operations of top-grossing sports titles such as Bowling King and Archery King.

Earlier in their career, Abhishek held roles at Apostek Software LLP, NUBEE PTE LTD, Sourcebits, Inc. [Wandake Games Studio], Hungama Subsidiaries, and Reliance Games. In these roles, they gained experience in product management, game development, and design.

Abhishek Buchvani pursued their undergraduate studies from 2002 to 2006 at Madhav Institute of Technology and Science in Gwalior. Abhishek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering during this period.
