Arthur Alcon

Arthur Alcon has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in HVAC systems and facilities management. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Plaza Companies since October 2017, Arthur previously held the role of Assistant Chief Engineer. Prior to this, Arthur was an HVAC Engineer at TPG Hotels, responsible for maintaining HVAC systems at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas. Arthur's career began at Shell Vacations Hospitality as Lead Engineer, overseeing preventive maintenance for various systems. Additionally, Arthur worked as Engineering Supervisor at Hilton, where responsibilities included record-keeping and team training. Arthur graduated from Refrigeration School Inc. with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology in 2016.
