Aarti Ajit Pandit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and cost control within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Plaza Construction since March 2006, Aarti specializes in managing project budgets from preconstruction to closeout, overseeing trades, and ensuring compliance with project documentation and schedules. Aarti's expertise encompasses change order management, accounting for owner and subcontractor billings, field supervision, and document control processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Florida International University, where Aarti contributed to research on systems integration and taught various courses in construction management.
